SILVA L1 headlamp

The brightest LED headlamp in the World!
This is no idle boast! The L1 sets the standard for headlamps with its high-performance, ultra-bright, true 3-watt Luxeon LED and is the most powerful LED headlamp available today.

The unique construction, utilising a unique aluminium turbo cooler, enables the lamp to be run on the brightest setting for as long as the battery lasts without overheating. It emits a light that is bright for distance use of up to 63 metres, whilst at the same time maintains the necessary floodlight for close range work.

Choose your own light mode
The L1 is powered by 4AA batteries (incl) integrated in two separate battery compartments, ergonomically placed on the anti-slip headband to create the best balance. The four light modes provide the most suitable beam for your chosen activity – Power Save for 24hrs, Bright for 6hrs or Ultra Bright for 4hrs, plus it has a strobe blinking alert mode as well.

No unpleasant surprises!
The electronics control in the L1 allows the lamp to give off constant light until 15% of the total battery capacity is left – at that point it automatically switches down to the power save mode to ensure hours of remaining light – so you’re not left in the dark!

The L1 is delivered with an external battery case that holds 4C class batteries enabling the headlamp to extend the burn time by 300% and is ideal for use in cold conditions when the battery case holding the alkaline batteries can be kept inside clothes for optimum performance.

The L2 is identical in design to the L1, but features a super-bright 1watt true output Luxeon LED making it the second most powerful LED headlamp on the market. It is powered by only 2AA batteries (incl) which makes it extremely light, yet still with an impressive performance.

As with the L1, the unique control electronics allows the headlamp to give off constant light until 15% of the total battery capacity is left. It then automatically switches down to power save mode to ensure hours of remaining light.

Four different light modes
